I made these beautiful, lovely, cream filled, devil's food cupcakes for my birthday. And I'm going to have one with my mom and dad after they take me to a decadent lunch. Then, I'm taking the rest to a friend's house wherein I will watch UFC through my fingers and munch on their deliciousness. (I don't know why I always know who will win each fight, but I've been right 80 percent of the time. And I hardly watch. But I always know. I should start betting, no? Hahahaha!)Here's to year 37. Lead on.

Recipe. Hehe. They are far from homemade. Duncan Hines Devil's Food cake mix. Filling is a tub of cream cheese frosting, softened enough to go through the cake decorator tube and into the middle. The frosting is the new "Whipped Cream" Pillsbury Vanilla frosting with red food coloring added. I have this cake decorator thingy that I got out to do the frosting. It was a brand new Pampered Chef thingy that was still in it's original packaging from 10 years ago. It's a wonder I hadn't given it away over the years. But they DO look pretty!
