5K Update

Okay, so the 5K that I'm signed up for is on Sunday, September 12th. It's a combination half-marathon (Those people have to start earlier. Suckers.) and 5K. The goal of running club is to run in the 5K and FINISH. This week's runs are supposed to be run 7 minutes/walk 3 minutes and then do it 3 times. WHAT?! I struggled to get the 5 minutes in LAST week. And of course, I have not yet run this week, what with the BABY and all.

So tonight, I have to at least TRY.

Because I really do want to run the whole 5K. I really do want to be a runner. Like a lot.

You are definitely going to finish the race- and take some names! Think about how far you have come already and push yourself through the pain/negative thoughts. :-)

Your blog is all messed up on my screen - there is a big gray block in the middle of the post - same as the Cowgirl / Baby post.

I'm sure you've heard it before, but running on race day is a total rush - you'll do better than you think!

I know I am behind on commenting, but you are totally going to finish the 5K. You are already a runner! :)
