You did what at the gym? Good for you! Just make sure no one was filming...
I once fell off of the treadmill at the gym because I stopped walking to pick up my fallen water bottle. I shot off the back of the treadmill and landed squarely on my bum. People laughed and applauded. I think that's the last time I worked out.
