Saturday Update II

It was lovely. I blushed a lot. But that's how I am. We had lunch, went to the park and walked around in the SUNSHINE! Then went to Tractor Supply Company and Menards to find sand for my driveway. No joke. I'm an awesome date, no?

Then we visited in my living room, I showed him lots of pictures, we talked, we both needed naps and so he left. With a big hug, then a kiss on the cheek (more blushing) and then another tight hug. I can't wait to see him again.

HE KISSED ME ON MY CHEEK! Did you catch that part? And it made me all smushy inside.

This is making me so happy (mostly because now I know there's a fellow blusher out there and I don't feel so foolish anymore). It totally makes up for my Friday night out Kate!

Katie-did, you and me could totally date. I'd love to go to the tractor supply store for sand. Because that's how I roll. (Congrats on the cheek kissing! WOOOOOOOOT!)

On one of TBHITW and my first dates (around date 4) he brought cement and fixed a loose step on my front porch. I think I decided right there and then I was going to marry him.

ps. He kissed me on the cheek the first couple of dates too. Nice. Very respectful.

I called him my Running Man because he was training for his zillionith marathon...

ps. Did I mention we met on the internet. YES - in the internet's infancy. Way back when dial up was cutting edge and you paid for internet service by the hour...
