Well, the current date does not yet have a blog name. It hasn't come to me. You can help me if you want. I did meet him on the internet and he knows how to fix shit, has a big truck (swoon) and is totally like level headed and calm. What?

CALM, I SAID.

However, he DID come all the way over to Sioux Falls to take me to lunch again on Sunday. As in, "Are you done baking your cake?" (More on that later) And I respond, "In the oven. Dishes are done." And then "I'm almost to your house." Sort of thing. WHAT? He drove all the way over to see me. Two days in a row. Seriously. Isn't that nice?

There may or may not have been some kissing. Now internet, listen carefully. There is something a'happenin' in my cranium that I do not understand. This man makes me blush. I DON'T BLUSH. Well, I do. But not about things like kissing. What? But I did. Blush. I don't understand it. Usually it's all, you're-showing-signs-of-liking-me? "Quit with the kissing already and take off your clothes." And then, "Why are you still talking? There is no talking to be done here." And then, "Get out."

You see what I'm saying? I didn't DO that. So either I really like him or I'm developing some self respect. Or I'm finally starting to believe Carolyn when she says I use sex as a weapon to defend my inner crazy that tells me that's all I'm good for.

And in other news, we had Super Chef Night: Mexican Edition last night. And it was AWESOME! I made a flourless mexican chocolate cake which was dense and had a nice afterburn from the chipotle chili powder that was in it. I was assured I could charge six dollars a slice for it at the coffee shop. Maybe I've missed my calling.

He sounds nice. I think the blog readers need to meet him, though. We need to approve, you know?

Bullshit to meeting him. Let's get a picture of the truck.

I think maybe you really like him AND are developing self-respect.

You could call him "Travelin' Man"...

Oooh, I don't know which sounds better to me - the dude or the cake. Can't we have both? :)

Blog name? "Nice Guy" is short and sounds like it would fit...

I'm voting for "The Handyman". It has so many intriguing connotations.

Blushomatic. That's my vote for his name. But, no matter what you call him to us, so long as you're enjoying your time with him, that's what really matters.

Coffee Shop Cake..and you making six bucks a slice made me think of my million dollar idea......I'm so ready and going to start making it with the new toy I bought this past weekend.........Pray it turns out!

I think you should call him Mr. Falls because he drove out to Souix Falls two days in a row.....and somebody MIGHT be falling for somebody else......clever I know

I read you and I smile and smile. Yay!

You are having what I call a "Banner Week"...

Blushing
Not having sex too soon
Nice Guy
Travels to see you (he is smitten)

What about his hands? What about his teeth?

I like Handy Man as his blog name (only if he has nice hands - he already fixes stuff)

What else? What else?

Oh, yeah. The cake. That sounds awesome. You can make a lot of money through baking and delivering just a cake or two to your local coffee shop. I know. I do it all the time.
