The anatomy of my luncheon salad. Arugula. Black bean salad. (Black beans, butter beans, green chilies, red onion, salsa. Marinate until you can't stand it and then eat it.) Colby cheese, sunflower seeds and a hard boiled egg. I have no idea why I put the egg in there. Possibly because it was there.

You should probably translate what 5K means.......like miles? Because I really am that dumb....Math. Is. Hard.
You can probably figure out how long it would take me to do a 5K by knowing that I don't run and it takes me about 1 hour to walk a mile.
Oh, that's a naughty book. I'm always afraid of getting hit by lightening when reading a book like that. But that's what 16+ years of Catholic / Jesuit Teachings do to a girl.

That salad looks amazing. You put the egg on there because it's a good source of protein and will help keep you full!
