You are inspiring me... I also have always hated running, but reading all you have done to overcome this feeling, and the positive effects it has had... well, I am ALMOST there. Truly, I don;t think I can be successful until it is a little less HOT in my part of the world, and I want The Mister to join me in this, so hopefully in another month we'll manage to start the "couch to 5K" plan. You're lucky to have your running club/trainer!

Good for you for getting out there, even in the dark and drear! Just make sure you wear something that makes you visible to drivers. I wear reflective neon yellow when I'm out before the sun is fully up.
