Shower Thoughts

Don't you think that since I'm closer to the water heater, that I should get all the hot water before it goes upstairs?

*Just so you know. I DO NOT get the hot water. Gay Boyfriend does. He needs to start getting up earlier or something. Ingrate.*

Quite simply, yes.

I think you should get all the hot water no matter where you are.

The upstairs person must be cheating.

Of course. You should also enjoy it for as long as you like.

There is this 'instant heat' hot water heater. As soon as you turn on the faucet, you get hot water no matter what is going on in the house. I vote that you get one of those.

Yes! Not because of proximity just because you're you!

Absolutely.

Hi Kate,

I think the rule is heat rises, temperature falls so some will invariably escape upstairs. Get as much as you can, while you can.

Yes.

The higher up you are on the food chain of showering, the longer it takes to get the hot water.

No.

If you live a life of unquestioning humility and devotion, God will give you all the hot water you want after you die.

Until then, cold water for you.
